Steel Garden Trellis
This was a fun and easy project. My friend MJ had these wonderful steel lanterns that someone in her family made back in the 1950s that she wanted to hang over a flowerbed. I made the trellis out of 3/4″ square steel tube and rather than cement it into her garden, I dug 3′holes, welded washers to the bottom of each post, and staked them down even deeper before filling in the holes. It measures 3′wide x 8′high x 12′long.
